It’s Friday, so why not kick off the weekend with a perfect party dress? For Love and Lemons kills it every single time. I fell madly in love with this sultry lace beauty the moment I spotted it at the Revolve Grove Pop-Up. The sexy sleeves. The fit. The delicate embroidery. Too good. It’s a piece I’ll keep forever, and look back, and be like: I remember that night I first wore that dress! I slipped into this baby for our New Years Eve celebrations out in Venice Beach, California. Paired with only a red lip, and my favorite Saint Laurent pumps. We hopped from one party to the next…all along Pacific Avenue. The chill from the ocean waves rolling in, but the the rock n’ roll band kept us dancing by the fireplace, keeping us warm all throughout the night before popping that much-needed bubbly. I really do miss the WestSide, but it feels good to finally be back in NYC after what has been a super long, sunny and warm holiday. I can’t wait to share with you what I have on my upcoming schedule. I’m back to the craziness.

TRUE RELIGION HOLIDAY GIFT GUIDE

I’m super excited to share my True Religion Holiday Gift Guide! I’ve had my eye on the stunning sequin jacket for a while now. Ever since I hosted their LA store event, I’ve had it on my holiday wish list. And, it’s back in stock just in time for the holidays! It’s so rock n’ roll cool. It’s got a tomboy shape, but with all the sparkle, it easily transitions into my top favorite holiday piece. On a work day, I love it with a simple white tee, and my favorite boyfriend jeans. But for my upcoming holiday party, I love it dressed simply over the True Religion suede dress, complete with a vintage scarf tied closely to my neck. This little party dress is the perfect silhouette.

Right now, True Religion is totally killing it in the denim department. I am lusting over the metallic silver skinny jeans, and pin-stripe cropped skinny. Their Italian boyfriend continues to remain a favorite in my wardrobe, alongside the Hallie Hi-Rise, and Hallie Mid-Rise. Trust me, they will make your legs look a mile long! Now, get shopping! Moccassin Love| Minnetonka Holiday

Dylana and I grew up with moccassins. Minnetonka to be exact. Dancing in the California desert dust, letting our fringed boots do all the talking. We’ve taken them from our childhood memories…to last year’s SXSW music festival in Austin, Texas (remember Heartbreaker BANQUET?!)…and now  to the hustling, bustling streets of NYC. I’m so excited to share with you: Minnetonka Holiday! Styling these for the East Coast winter blues was a piece of cake! We paired our favorite classic boots and slip-ons with distressed boyfriend jeans, mini shift dresses, vintage sweatshirts, denim minis, and your favorite thick stockings. Anything goes!

90’S CHILD

When I first saw the new O’neill collection, I thought: the 90’s. The striped shaggy sweaters. Floral kimonos. And psychadelic dip-dye dresses. All full of color and life. I took these California beach babe must-haves and added a bit of NYC edge to them. Take a peek at all 3 looks. Homage to my 90’s childhood. Complete with doodles of everything I had mashed up in my head. FLOWER POWER.

It’s all about planning something unplanned. I gave this extra bohemian maxidress a little more edge layered with a white bodysuit, and my favorite harness boots.
