The shape of this Ellery dress is like a work of art. An exaggerated waistline, beautiful puffy sleeve, and flouncy skirt. I’m in love with this feminine, corset-like cut. It creates a delicate, beautiful shape of the female body, just seeing it hanging on a hanger. I’ve never seen anything like it! Here I am taking it for a walk in Notting Hill, London. The only way to survive the breezy London air, is to always pair your dress over a pair of trousers. Key to traveling abroad come December? Layer, layer, layer and experiment. Voila. Another epic work week in London accomplished, with a whole lot of killer looks to go with it. You may be wondering where in the world I am now, but I’m completely de-layered for a month back home in sunny Los Angeles. I’ve been in town for a new campaign, and of course shooting and editing loads that will go live before the New Year. Team Suarez has either been stuck in the studio or tied up in Lightroom wrapping up some last-minute holiday projects. It’s almost, ALMOST time for me to unplug for one summer-y Christmas in LA. Until then, this girl is in the zone.

This may well be one of the most beautiful coats in my closet at the moment. And it’s the most plush. You kind of just want to snuggle up in a ball with it. Meet this Maximilian beauty, now available at Bloomingdales. Right now, Maximilian Furs is really playing with color and something I could get used to: florals. Talk about a dream. The 70’s will always be in style, and boy do I really love some flower power. I see a lot of vintage inspiration in their latest collection like beautiful patchworks, cropped boleros, and stunning oversize vests. Best paired with a wide-leg pair of flared jeans, and a classic striped ribbed top. When you’ve got a statement piece this good, the rest is easy. Throw it over denim. Throw it over a party dress. Instant chic, no doubt about it. I’m spending a lot of December with the ones I love, I’ll be certain to whip out this luxurious piece and dance under the stars.

THE BOOT THAT GETS IT RIGHT

Here you have it, the it boot of the season: the M.Gemi Corsa. You may recognize the brand from my Instagram…I’ve been a fan for years. Each M.Gemi pair is impressively made by hand in Italy. We’re talking shoemaking of the very best quality with a super special attention to the little details. The Corsa happens to be a rare breed. It has the perfect heel height…not too high, not to low. The ankle is slimming and hits the bottom of my jeans just where I want it. Besides having the most classic and flattering shape, I can’t get enough of M.Gemi’s leather…spectacular, like butter. Each pair gets better with age, as every boot should. I find a new way of styling them every single day.
