A LITTLE SILK AT SUNDOWN

It feels like I’ve been living on an airplane, so to look back at this day is giving me a breath of fresh air. Two more hours until the gorgeous beaches of the Cayman Islands. I am so ready for landing it’s not even funny. More to come from this work trip, but for now, let’s take a flash back to this perfect little silk number at sundown from back in Palm Springs.

DRESSING LIKE A TRUE ANGELENO

Well, a former Angeleno. I’m currently back in LA (again) for a really exciting campaign shoot and it’s the best time to be back in this sunny city. We’re talking the farmer’s market on Main Street and long walks along the buzzing boardwalk. It’s the tiny little perks about California that make me happy. I miss it more and more. Maybe it’s that I’m craving more of all of nature’s wonders. It’s the perfect break…even if it’s a work trip. In NYC, I sport a lot of wide-leg trousers, a lot of black, and a ton of menswear inspired looks. Back in LA, I stay true to what suits me, just with a tad more color.

HOW-TO MAKE MY CINCO DE MAYO COCKTAIL | DON JULIO 70 TEQUILA

I created the most perfect Cinco de Mayo cocktail that you’re going to love. My friends like to call it the “Ginger Cooler.” It revolves around my favorite tequila, Don Julio 70, the world’s first Añejo Claro Tequila, which is aged eighteen months and then carefully charcoal filtered to bring restored some of the crisp agave notes typically found in a Blanco for a very smooth and unique flavor profile.
