Wooo! Here’s to another weekend rolling around the chilly village streets. This time? I’m doing some vintage buying, for our upcoming projects we’re working on in the MV factory. Here, I’m wearing our latest design, the jodphur! This babies have already gone with me to LA, to shoot in San Francisco, and back, all in a matter of two weeks. I never want to take them off. With a lace-y maxi and nubby knit, I can stay out for hours, exploring this city I never get sick of. Already, we have so many new styles (and  a handbag!) launching next week, along with some surprise fashion week kicks in the works! Now I’m just ready for a slow morning filled with banana waffles and espresso to wake me up after a night of a bit too much tequila…yikes. Happy weekend!

I finally got my hands on my REVLON advertorial, here featured in the October GLAMOUR. Somehow I missed this issue! Anyways, I now have my hands on a few hard copies…and looks like I will be sending one to the mum! She loves collecting all my work. For this ad, we went with a smoky eye, but in emerald green tones, and some rich mascara. I rarely wear any makeup, maybe a swipe of liner, but I’m in love with this look. For a night out, I do want to get a little wild with the eye makeup, and keep everything else really clean and matte. Most of the time, I just forget. Anyways, I’m now getting back in the swing of things, and I’ll try my best to keep ya updated with all my latest work!

I will always be a Santa Monica baby at heart. I made my first steps on it’s sand, and got my first tan under it’s rays. Going back with my family once again reminds me of our old home, just 9 blocks from the beach, where I’d ride my bike along the always low-cut grass. For our day, going down memory lane, I had to throw on my favorite wool coat, this plaid beauty straight from Paris. It’s unexpected shades went well with my favorite blue jeans and bright fuschia BENNI’s. Today marks the end of our holiday, and though I’ll miss the carefree days in my hometown, I’m extremely excited for 2013 in the Big Apple! Lots of things are in store, from moving into a brand spankin’ new apartment, to some killer  projects in the works. This year is all about pouring my heart and soul into everything I love. Here’s to 2013, another year to make magic!
