Traveling is always crazy when it comes to my wardrobe. Thank goodness for some basic tees! I’m kind of dying over this striped Stylemint top. With the multi-colors, you can easily pair it with a great pair of skinnies and instantly feel chic. This plum pair of jeans are a lot more lively than the classic dark wash. It’s also what I wore during my flight from NYC to LA. It’s low key, comfortable, yet still colorful and fun. The only thing I packed that probably weighed more than anything was my jewelry collection. I swear everywhere I travel, I bring this big bag full of rings and necklaces. Never knowing what piece I’ll end up wanting to wear with a specific look, I go a bit nuts and pack them all. A problem? Definitely. Anyways, I’m back in California and have been getting a lot of work done, yet still giving myself time to relax. I’m addicted to jasmine tea, as is everyone in my family! I guess that’s what happens when half of your family is Chinese. Somehow I’m always a bit healthier when home as all there is in the cupboards are natural foods and veggies. With that, I might as well get back in the Cali groove by biking and of course, YOGA. My friends and I already plan on doing it right on the beach. Oh so typical here on the west coast. Christmas is just around the corner, time to do things right!

Day 3 has arrived and I’m sporting this simply chic grey Stylemint tee! This day was sooo cold! My friends and I were making our way through Greenwich village, snapping these photos as our fingers were nearly freezing, before warming up with Pumpkin Chai teas at a local cafe on Bleecker. With the east coast chill, I’m all about layering blazers, or anything for that matter, under a giant coat. This day, I threw on this amazing blazer made by my dear friend Zoey…straight out of her new Disco Pony collection! Something so structured and detailed went perfectly with the classic tee. Whenever she sends me custom-made gifts from overseas, it makes me miss her so much! Here’s to good friends, great clothes, and to the holiday season!

Day 2 of my Stylemint tee wearing craziness has arrived hehe! I’m addicted to a great camel colored, simple tee. I spruced it up a bit with by pairing it with a shockingly deep pink jean and a comfy pair of penny loafers. These rich, unexpected colors somehow work perfectly together. And like I’ve said before, I don’t go anywhere without this leather jacket. Easy, peasy, and simply perfecto for bouncing around by the park!

So I’m back with some red lips, lots of leather, and a bucket full of STUDS. This classic boat neck Stylemint tee is so Parisian chic that I thought I’d toughen it up a little bit. Nothing beats some blue nautical stripes to cheer up the dull gray skies. Speaking of which, I’m in need of a change of weather. Therefore, I’m off to LA this week for the holidays and I’m beyond excited! I hear it’s sunny, and hitting 60. It’s going to be heaven. I look forward to reading on my front porch, working on my music (it’s time for a video, eh?), speeding around town in my Prius (beep beep), and lots of bike rides by the beach. Another thing I can’t get off my mind is IN-N-OUT burger. “Animal style with fries please!” In my suitcase? Old summer clothes that I’m dying to erase from my now bundled NYC winter wardrobe, which happens to be complete with one giant puffer. YIKES. Out with the old, in with the new! I’m also packing all of my simple Stylemint tees for the trip. Everyday this week I will be featuring a new tee! Perfect for grabbing and going, I’M OFF TO CALIFORNIA.
