Here is a new designer to love, Sara Tamimi. This designer is based in Abu Dhabi and I fell in love with the way she uses bold color, luxurious fabrics, and incredible fits. Team Suarez is extra busy this week with our holiday projects and sometimes I feel the need to stop, slip on some color, and put on my dancing shoes. Color is my way of life. It makes life more beautiful. It inspires me. It changes my mood. Let’s celebrate the holidays in that things can only get better come 2021 for every single one of us.

The holidays are inching closer and closer. Think cake, champagne, and lots of lights. As the city begins to light up, so do I. Check out the insane Stuart Weitzman Flash 75 sock boot. This year, I’m wearing a lot of black with a hint of shimmer with everything from my boots to my dresses. What I love about this shoe is that it’s both luxurious and wearable with it’s super soft suede upper and gorgeous crystal encrusted heel. Stuart Weitzman is a master at taking the everyday, elegant must-haves and totally revamping them. I can’t live without a black sock boot, and now, I have one that feels more festive than ever. I’m super excited for a winter on both coasts. Barelegged in Los Angeles versus being snuggled up with a fuzzy scarf and sheer tights in New York. I think this look will be on repeat a lot this season. Watch out.

I’m spending the holidays in my hometown of Los Angeles. It’s one time that I can be with my family and of course, indulge in everything that embodies that Los Angeles lifestyle. Whenever I would think of Hollywood, I think of overindulgence. Marilyn Monroe. The Walk of Fame. Melrose Place. The Hollywood Hills. Los Angeles is not just place, but a mindset, where your imagination can come to life. A city unlike any other where winters are spent by the swimming pool, tanning in the sun. Nights are spent out, rubbing elbows with the stars. I can see why many believe “California is the mission.” What’s not to love? Glamorous nights at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills. Afternoons exercising at Runyon Canyon. Green juice and yoga overlooking the Pacific Palisades. Holidays in LA are anything but normal. Bikinis by day, party dresses by night. Here I am living my best Hollywood life with one of the most perfect designer dresses. This may be the best piece to hit up Sunset Blvd during New Year’s Eve: a knit beauty by Alexander McQueen, straight off the rack at Selfridges in London.
