With the NYC heat, your kind of forced to experiment. I mean, I love a good denim cut off short and crop top, but that too, needs a break. I love layering and I love playing with different textures and fabrics, but let’s be real, it’s feeling HOT, HOT, HOT. That’s when I grab a breathable netted ank, and a FULL, printed skirt. Who knew polka dots and plaid would be such a perfect combination? This is one of my ecclectic summer looks, and one of my asbsolute favorites. Complete with the COMFORTABLE silver Birk-inspired sandal. This time, I’ll letting all aspects of my look make a statement.

HEARTS HAVE FRESH BEATS. They sure do. The new Converse All Stars tees are just the perfect thing to complement my current sneaker collection. I grew up with the brand. Everything just reminding me of my Californianication, seaside, LA upbringing. I had their classic shoes in navy, black, and white. I even had the slip-ons. But with the hot sticky summer days and beachside weekends that come with summer, a cotton tank is really all I need. I like mine best with overalls and a classic trench for misty morning coffee runs. A good tee is effortless.

I’ve been working with the PANDORA ESSENCE COLLECTION, and honestly, I’ve been having too much fun capturing the women who inspire me most…and decking them out in these signature bracelets. Each bead holds a different meaning…each color and shimmer of my wrist a reminder to stay true to who I am and what I believe in. I love to layer them in pairs. The slinky shiny bracelets something I’ve started to wear morning till night…even showering in.

I designed my own Pandora Essence Collection bracelets and stuck with my favorite color palette for spring.

ENERGY: I’m very high energy, and I never want to see a dull moment again! I’m all about living in the moment and with that, comes with surrounding myself with positive people. Good energy keeps me focused and in line with my work, my friends, my family, and everything else. Happiness plays a key role for me here. I feel better starting my day off with a happy note…even if that means opening all the windows in my apartment to let the sun shine in, or cleaning my entire apartment on a Sunday night before the start of another work week. When I feel good energy coming from myself and the people I’m around, good things happen. I’m a true believer in that. Sometimes good energy just starts with you.
