GETAWAY TO HILTON LOS CABOS

There is so much to love about Hilton Los Cabos and it was our ideal location for our January warm-weather escape. This resort really has it all. Here is what a typical day at the fabulous Hilton Los Cabos looks like. Mornings begin with the most amazing Mexican breakfast at Talavera. Imagine freshly made tortillas for quesadillas or tacos, spicy chilaquiles, and the best smoothie bar in the world. Afternoons are for whatever you like. Slow walks on the beach. A good book by the pool. A game of tennis on the courts. Or like me, tucked away in the spa for a deep-tissue massage. Once it’s 5pm, it’s cocktail hour, and I can guarantee that you will want a round of their signature hibiscus margaritas. They are delicious. A late night at the resort after dinner are for dips in the hot tub paired with the soothing sound of the crashing waves, or on some nights, wonderful live music. I even kept the balcony doors open so I could hear the ocean as I fell asleep.

I would really wake up excited each morning at sunrise to do it all again. I like that I ease into the day and take my time when I’m in Mexico. It’s all about having a simple schedule and enjoying the present moment. I hope to carry that peaceful mentality with me everywhere I go. Make sure you book the AltaMar suites. It is paradise.

THE ALL NEW BOCA RATON RESORT & CLUB

The Boca Raton Resort & Club is every New Yorkers dream escape. It’s just a 3 hour flight to paradise. Palm trees and extra balmy weather await for me in the wintertime. This luxury resort is a place to either unwind by the pool or stay active on the tennis courts. I did all of the above, and more. I biked through the exquisite neighborhood. I ate a Sadelle’s classic burger. I took a royal bath in the spa. The newly renovated pink tower is just a dream. It still has it’s old school charm but with chic new interiors. I dressed up. I dressed down. I took a boat to the Boca Raton Beach Club to lay out with a cocktail. All I can say is, I would do it all over again.

IN STOCKHOLM FOR THE VOLVO EX90 LAUNCH!

I love getting a few days in Stockholm, Sweden. I was nonstop in the city with Volvo for the reveal of the fully electric Volvo EX90! This stunning vehicle is inspired by nature and Sweden’s minimalist fashion. It’s a car I definitely see myself driving once it’s available in 2024. This 100% electric SUV seats 7 and has brand new safety features. I loved getting to visit Volvo’s hometown of Sweden to really immerse myself in their word of art and sustainability. I have another roadtrip with Volvo coming up very soon so stay tuned!

The Nobis Hotel is where you’ll see this stunning spiral staircase and it was our home base this trip. It’s in the center of town, right near all the incredible shopping, and has the most amazing restaurants. A couple of days in Stockholm for work is such an inspiring treat.

CASCAIS, PORTUGAL

I spent a few days after Lisbon in Cascais, Portugal and I really wish every single person could see this magical place. It’s a beautiful beach town only 30 minutes from the city. I was in town with IHG Hotels and stayed at their gorgeous Intercontinental Cascais-Estoril property. I loved waking up to the view of blue. Our balcony was my favorite meditation spot. It’s so picture perfect, it’s hard to imagine that it is real. Our long Portugal trip at the end of September was the best time to visit. Warm days on the beach by day, and curled up in a sweater for a cozy dinner in town. 10 days in Portugal with my family and I never wanted to come home. The food is fresh. The people are kind. Portugal is beautiful in every single way. I had an absolute blast and I would do it all over again.
