Sì PASSIONE in Paris | ARMANI

I was in Paris with the Armani Beauty team to celebrate the global launch of their new fragrance, Sì Passione. We had a photoshoot with iconic photographer, Tom Munro, before entering the beautiful world of Sì Passione. The gorgeous Palace de Tokyo location was transformed into a sea of Giorgio Armani red exuding an air of femininity and strength. A shiny red staircase welcomed us to this star-studded event, with loads of interactive corners of love and fire-y passion. I’m wearing a look that I’m bound to wear over and over again: an Emporio Armani oversize bright pink blazer, high waisted black glittering trousers, and the perfect stiletto heel. My boyfriend showed me these earrings as I was just finishing up my fitting. He now knows my style now too well. Prepping for this special night was easy. The incredible Armani Beauty team came to my hotel room at the stunning Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme and gave me a smoky, sexy eye, a berry lip, and subtle twist in my hair. Paris brings out this sultry side of my style. When in Paris, I do as a French girl would. French girls keep it undone. Rather than a dress, go with a pantsuit. Rather than a red lip, go for a smoky eye. This is by far one of my favorite looks as of late. The city of love couldn’t have been more of a perfect backdrop for the launch…with a little reason to stop and remember those strong passions that keep us alive.

Welcome to the world of Clé de Peau Beauté. Based in Tokyo, Clé de Peau Beauté takes innovative Japanese skincare and combines it with classic Parisian beauty. Talk about one effortlessly beautiful new collection. Today was nothing but a radiant day at the Waldorf Astoria, Beverly Hills where Dylana and I checked into the gorgeous Clé de Peau Beauté villa suite. I was blown away by the welcoming, sunny space. Gorgeous open windows, with sunlight drenching every corner of each room. The decadent packaging of the products twinkled in the bathroom…I couldn’t wait to get my hands on them.

I began with prepping my skin with the dazzling new collection…each bottle designed to resemble gemstones, all full of luster and shine. Lately, every night, I’ve been testing the product and lathering on a smooth layer of the Clé de Peau Beauté firming serum supreme, and topped it off with their la crème and amazing eye cream. These high performance products feel like butter on my skin. I met with the team to match with my perfect foundation (I happen to be shade 020) and delicately dabbed on a little concealer in my t-zone. What I love about their makeup is that it doubles as a cream…it’s that hydrating and nourishing. I finished off my natural look with a simple swipe of highlighter (I recommend going for their luminizing face enhancer in Pastel) to the edges of my cheekbones and found my perfect lipstick shade, Clé de Peau Beauté Desert Rose lipstick. What I noticed most about this luxurious collection is that it enhances your natural beauty. You don’t look too done up. The lip colors and glosses are perfect for the everyday chic woman…they’re not too intense. I’ve fallen in love with the way this brand does sheerness. It’s soft yet rich…the best of both worlds when it comes to gorgeous makeup. The foundation is even made to be applied with you fingers. Now that’s the type of makeup I love.

With an afternoon at one of the most gorgeous hotels in all of Los Angeles, I managed to squeeze in a little time by the pool. You can still be radiant and get that sun, but with a little protection of course. Clé de Peau Beauté does SPF 50 was heaven in a bottle. The result, combined with much-needed R&R? A fresh faced and well…radiant look (with a little help from this incredible highlighter). But the day wasn’t over yet. I took a quick rinse to get hair and makeup ready for the launch party with Felicity Jones at Hotel Bel Air. I slipped into a backless red dress, some platform heels, and gave myself a swipe of Fire Ruby lip gloss. This was Hollywood at it’s finest, in it’s more natural, radiant way of course.

THAT’S A WRAP 2017

In 2017, I discovered my strength and my freedom. I finally feel like I can do anything I set my mind to. It’s a powerful thing. There are no more doubts. I wake up feeling the need to grow and discover. In 2018, I look forward to more days of gratitude. More days of thanks. More days of wow, we did this. Wow, we created this. More days of overcoming fears. More days of knowledge. More moments of clarity. More days of happiness. I feel full taking a second to look back at the year. Never have I felt more grateful for my sister Dylana, most of which here, these moments were shared. We have a bond that will live on forever. With each new year, we push each other to be the best, happiest version of ourselves, no matter how challenging it may be. It’s so important to have someone in your life who without a doubt, will always be on your team. Thanks to Team Suarez, these dreams were made possible: walking the Rebecca Minkoff runway show…sweeping Paris Fashion Week with super French chic Sandro… gracing the glossy international pages of ELLE, Vogue, and more… walking by my very own O’Neill campaign billboard in Huntington Beach…shooting for M Missoni in the English countryside…creating whimsy magic for Gucci…hopping through every single live show during festival season from Indio to Nashville…doing as the Italians do at Milan Fashion Week…and relaxing unplugged moments on the beaches of Tulum and St. Maarten. With all the craziness in between, it’s important for me to stop every single night and write down what I’m grateful for each day. Right now, I’m grateful for all of you.
