Here is the editorial of both Dylana and I shot by Sharon Gong for the March/April 2011 issue of Atomica Magazine created by model/blogger Kelsea Kosko. I hope you like it! Sharon knew she wanted to shoot on the beach, but the sun was so high that we had to wait it out till the evening for the perfect shots. Finally we found a quiet spot on the beach in the Pacific Palisades and I’m so pleased with the results. Sharon, the most talented 16 year old I know, is so mellow and easy to work with. She creates magic every single time.

    Oh you just wanna dream away looking at these photos, the vibe is amazing, you can almost feel the bohemian lazy summer. The colors are just stunning. You girls get away with the most delicate fabrics; that lace dress is so elegant and fragile. The garments are so simple and graceful and they look so fabulous with the big bold eclectic rings. And you can definitely feel a connection between you girls.

    natalie, your blog is beautiful, please do something to cut the loading time of the page! it used to be so fast, and now i can barely scroll down. it’s either the amount of pictures on the opening page, or that new feature where you can scroll over your outfit and it says what you’re wearing. please fix! thanks

    GAH I LOVE THIS POST! SO MANY GORGEOUS PICTURES OF YOU! The photoshoot at the beginning made me swoon for summer days at the beach! I love the airy, soft, romantic affect of these photos, beyond beautiful! And WOW! at the 16 year old photographer, she has a great future ahead of her! Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!!

    These photos are truly spectacular! My favourites are the first one, because of these colours and your expression, and the one in black and white where you’re both, it has a real atmosphere!
