Green may just be one of my favorite colors. I picked up an Urban Decay eyeshadow palette and felt like bringing back the 80’s with this lime green shimmer. It’s funny how something so simple and subtle can completely change my mood. That’s what I love about beauty. The ability to transform and lift your spirits with just a little swipe of color. Sometimes a girl just wants to have fun. On the day-to-day, I get stuck in my 5 minute makeup routine: I love my usual bronzed eye shadow and berry lip. This summer I am switching things up and digging into my overflowing beauty cabinets and experimenting with new color palettes I’ve never dipped my fingers into. For this look, I like to do a single pop and keep the rest of my face pretty bare.  I nixed my usual cat-eye liner to let the green really do its thing, and just added a touch of mascara, a peachy cheek, and nude pink lip.
