CELEBRATING// DKNY CITY SURFING CAMPAIGN

DKNY City Surfing Campaign
My DKNY campaign is slowly rolling out!! And here are a few more images out now. I had too much fun styling this collection. DKNY is the epitome of classic clean, All American, youthful but still sophisticated. The colors, the textures. I love the grounded black and whites, popped with bold fuschias, ocean blues, and sunset orange! I kind of took that beachy feminine fuscia one-piece and maxi skirt and threw on my STREET basics, like a white wedged sneaker and black sheer bomber jacket to edge it up a bit. Luckily, I own that badboy now.
And then there was the PARTY. Lots of flowing champagne bottles, and a packed house at the DKNY Madison Avenue store here in New York. I went for an extra sporty black and white look. The sheer bomber from our shoot, a white jersey one-piece, and striped jogging pants. Sounds crazy, but looked totally complete with the perfect gladiator heel. Sleek, yet soooooo SPORTY. There’s my boyfriend, Jordan Adoni, SPINNING alongside Mike Pazzini at the DJ table…and all my lovely friends who came out to dance with me, photoboothing every moment. It was such a magical, coool night uptown. I’d do it all over again.

PLAY BALL!!

PLAY BALL!! The leather skirt is making a major comeback in my life…along with stripes and trench coats. The classics. I’m constantly throwing out pieces in my wardrobe, and replenishing it with the fresh basics that I only just realized I didn’t have. Yes, I’m normally a statement piece type of girl. Oh, and sandals. Something I’m rarely in. It’s getting so hot that I kind of have to slip into these badboys. They’re like BIRKS, but 10x more comfortable. Best for sunny days down in Chinatown at the local football field. Black and white stripes, burgundy, and navy blue. Talk about one of my absolute favorite combinations. Take me back to this moment PLEASE.

//Billabong striped crop top, Banana Republic leather skirt, Kate Spade Saturday trenchcoat (similar), Isaac Mizrahi sandals, Finlay & Co sunglasses//

DKNY CITY SURFING CAMPAIGN

My DKNY City Surfing campaign has OFFICIALLY launched! Every week, the DKNY.COM homepage will feature my new look, with a different CITY vibe. This week? It’s all about the CITY UNIFORM. Mine being the incredible NEW YORK CITY. I took the classic sporty vibe of the 90’s Chrystie Street basketball courts and made it my own in the studio, with a black and white graphic tank and sheer boyfriend shorts, worn low on my hips. Just the right amount of CROP TOP for summer! And yes, BUCKET HATS are making a major come-back. I’m never getting rid of mine. So yes, my CITY UNIFORM is black on black with a tomboy twist.
For now, take a peek at the campaign video inside our beautiful studio shoot, meet my co-star Camille, and stay tuned as I release more from the campaign within a few weeks!
