If you’ve ever been to Aspen or simply just love live music, you may have heard of Belly Up Aspen. They have completely pushed the boundaries of a small live music venue. Now, that’s a ritual that will forever live on. To me, music, fashion, and travel completely intertwine. The Belly Up Collection is a fashion brand influenced by the live music experience they’ve created. Here, I went for a tank and super soft hoodie that I’ll wear over and over again.  Belly Up Collection is now on it’s second season and I’m so excited because it’s wearable, soft, and just a classic staple. Dylana and I collaborated with the amazing NYC based band, City of the Sun, to perform at the ANTHOM Soho store opening. The boys and I have been trying to plan a performance for over a year now, and it’s been magical seeing everything come to life with everyone’s insanely busy schedules. Singing and music are in our blood. It’s what gets us through the day. It’s what inspires what we wear. Where we go. What we do. We love that raw, deep soulful voice and sound. Nothing felt better than singing along to City of the Sun’s dreamy instrumentals. They take you to an alternate universe every single time. ANTHOM was the absolute perfect place to put on a gig. It’s luxurious high white ceilings, copper accents, and minimal elevated aesthetic. It’s my best friend’s store and I couldn’t be more proud to see her unique vision come to life. Be sure to check it out at 25 Mercer Street in Soho. My go-to for anything super chic. Dylana and I both wore head-to-toe Yune Ho for the night.

Dylana and I have been giving you a little taste of music more this year which is exciting. We took 3 of our favorite songs and gave it a little flamenco rock touch for the night. Bang Bang by Nancy Sinatra. Chrystalised by The XX. Sea of Love by Phil Phillips. Thanks to all of the lovely readers who came out for the night. We had a packed house!

Yep, I’m in the middle of recording songs for my latest project with DKNY Fragrances as their Core Girl, and this is just one song I threw into the mix. It’s a little bit love, it’s a whole lot of sexy, and for being recorded in one afternoon, I say we did pretty good. Here, I was in Brooklyn jamming with the incredible Scott Seader of The Sinclairs!! He’s so rad! And he can really work that killer electric guitar! I’m devoting this year to more and more music, and I’m taking everything I’ve written in my notebook from the years…all the little things that inspire me, and throwing it out there. Music has always been something so personal and secretive to me. Now I finally have it in me to begin sharing. I hope you love it!
