DRESSED WITH HUGO BOSS

(HUGO BOSS tuxedo blazers, trousers, handbag, and pumps, Karynm Dame cuffs, Black Watermoon ring & Vanessa Mooney ring, Quay sunglasses)
Tomorrow night is the big HUGO BOSS “Anthropocene” Columbus Circle Store opening party here in NYC, and I am honestly too excited. The Marco Brambilla film sounds outrageous, yet still so gorgeous. I just got back from our fitting, and of course, from what was pulled aside for me, I went with an emerald green pantsuit, as well as the deep purple suit, just so I have two options tomorrow evening. SO CHIC. They’re both a bit slouchy on me, yet perfect. You can’t go wrong with some Hugo Boss tailoring. The dark blue pumps are stunning and just what I’ve been needing for these blacktie affairs! I cannot wait to dress up my boyfriend for the evening. We can match in our mens-y tuxedos! Paired with a luxe black bag, and of course, some killer gold jewels lining my wrists and fingers. Hat..or not hat really is the question. Well, you’ll see tomorrow, along with which suit I chose! Follow my Instagram and @HugoBoss for all the latest at the party!

RELAPSE MAGAZINE// AFTERNOON IN PARIS// EDITORIAL

RELAPSE Magazine’s “Sartorial” Issue, shot by my boyfriend, Jordan Adoni, in Paris

Here are some intimate shots from my shoot in Paris for the new “sartorial” issue of RELAPSE magazine. Shot by my boyfriend, Jordan Adoni, at Hotel Le Tremoille, we had the perfect backdrop. He wanted me to feature our own clothing for the issue. His leather jacket, and my favorite lingerie sets.  This pale pink beauty just happens to be sent from my galpals at London’s Topshop. The balcony is where I’d sip my coffee in the morning, and the tub, overflown with bubbles, is where I’d lay before going out for a long dinner. Who knew Europe could be so exhausting?! We had just come from Spain and called our hotel our home. I love the pastel pink light of our room, and these black and white images. All of the classic pieces of clothing I need when I travel, set beautifully against the white French doors, overlooking the Golden Triangle. The Bastille Day fireworks lighting up our night. This was just a very spur-of-the-moment shoot. Our Paris plan was to escape and have just a few days off before heading back to NY. With a little work squeezed in, we are so, so happy with this editorial.

FEATURING: men’s BLK DNM leather jacket (similar, womens), Topshop lingerie, Wildfox Couture “Paris” sweater, XIRENA briefs, Alexander Wang white tee, Jenny Bird serpent cuff and Vanessa Mooney “Indiga” cuff/ serpent ring, Karen London ring, BOERA knuckle ring)

SATURDAY SUEDE

(Stuart Weitzman boots, Ralph Lauren trench coat (similar), D.RA floral dress, Lucky Brand leopard hat, Kamryn Dame silver cuff, The 2 Bandit turqoise cuff, BOERA knuckle ring, Aimee Kestenberg backpack)

It’s like these boots came out of my dream. The Stuart Weitzman over-the-knee badboys that I’ve always wanted are now stomping all over the east village. Just the other night we celebrated their Kate Moss film and campaign and it got me even more excited for fall, and got me thinking about London, their wonderful accents, and badass attitude. I picked the slouchy suede boot. Soft enough for everyday wear with a sexy low block heel. I like feeling a bit like a modern Edie Sedgwick, or my other favorite, Jane Birkin. Luckily the city has cooled down just enough to trench-weather. The slight chill being just enough for a light, light coat, oh, and my favorite leopard hat that I just rediscovered under a giant pile of clothing. My new furry friend is an Aimee Kestenberg backpack…I love this Aussie, her office is in the same building as the factory where we make our shoes. She’s such a gem, and I can’t take off this bag, it’s too good. I’m already eyeing the other colors, I’m that obsessed. Anyways, THANK GOD IT’S SATURDAY. Next week for me is jam-packed with work, so I’m taking today to finally get a bit of relaxation, and grab my boyfriend’s hand, stroll the city streets, and hide under my giant hats. The car is waiting in case we have a spur-of-the-moment decision to drive up-state. We’ll see what happens.

HOT TODDY

(Johnny Was dress, Free People blouse, Cleobella satchel, Kenneth Cole boots, Vanessa Mooney rosary necklace (similar), Andy Lifeschutz ring)
The rustic reds, the browns, and peaches of the color spectrum, are my go-to shades for fall. The shades of honey may be the best way to describe what I’m thinking of. Anyways, it’s the first day of fall and there’s already that super crisp bite in the air the minute I step outside of my apartment. The quiet mornings downtown always being my favorite time to take a quick breather. I’m currently taking all of my spring favorites and layering them up for the sudden chill. This sunflowered blouse I’ve been wearing all year long, paired over a lace flared dress, and some rockin’ vintage inspired boots. I’m working with Kenneth Cole on their #boldfashion and #30yrsbold campaign, and when I spotted these badboys on the shelves, I knew they had to be mine. Slightly victorian, slightly rocker chic. Shot here after a long day’s work by Dylana, we were both a little too tired, our hair a bit of a mess! We’re all so ready for a long weekend. Can you say apple picking?! I’m already thinking of how to fit all the cozy East Coast fall activites into my weekend schedule. Halloween, October, pumpkin spice, and hot toddies. I’m ready to curl up by the fireplace.
