These magnificent fringed sleeves literally feel a lot like wings. Especially when I’m stepping out into the extra windy streets off the Hudson River. They flutter every which way I turn. Black magic. I’m currently packing for my upcoming travels, and I’m always leaning towards these everyday staples.
