This flapper sequined mini already has me in the holiday mood! Shot for Forever 21, I’m totally digging all of their new arrivals! Can’t get enough of working with this brand I’ve had in my closet my whole life. Honestly, so so much to love! With this tiny sequin mini, I’m all about layering a top underneath… it’s so so cold, how could you not?! This laced fitted blouse is the perfect layering piece. It gives a very seductive holiday number a little bit of edge and fun. With statement white sunglasses and some brushed out hair, it’s very RETRO HOLIDAY. Best for dancing the night away, and sparkling in the moonlight. I still have so much holiday shopping to do. I’m always the last-minute, spur of the moment, gift shopper! Oh, and stillll counting down the days to a dreamy Christmas GETAWAY!

Shot here in my West Coast home for Free People…my feature just coming out this week! Thank you FP for the amazing write-up! From our 2010 catalog cover shoot…till now, loads have happened and I love the brand….an absolute favorite to my sister Dylana and I! Here, I’m wearing some of my favorite items that I was able to throw into my suitcase from NYC to LA. Jewels by Vanessa Mooney, Muubaa leather jackets, hats by Worth & Worth, and of course, my all time favorite boots, by Modern Vice. A mix of pure perfection that I take everywhere I go. Anyways, my LA home is my little escape. Here’s the mahogony piano I always play when I’m home….our perfectly sunlit living room with the beveled glass. The same dream catcher that’s been in the same place by my bed for years never plans on going anywhere either! Going home is my little treat. I can’t get enough.

It’s crazy how things have changed and how much I’ve grown in just 3 years of living in the city. I’m honestly so thankful for the craziness! I guess, lots of things just happen in a short amount of time here. Even our JETT boot has officially made it’s way to Free People, in perfect silver studs, and distressed leather. I designed this perfect little hat with Orlando Palacios at Worth & Worth, the very best NYC hat atelier! He’s one of our very good friends, and I have just about every shape/color hat from that man! Always trusting his pieces will be the most outstanding! This time, I wanted something so unexpected. Yes, I love the wide-brimmed hat…they’re my go-to’s, but how is it that every girl has one now in the city?! I like going for pieces nobody expects from me when I’m getting dressed. For this beautiful navy chapeau, I chose a square navy body and patent leather visor. It’s a bit toy-solidier, a bit French, and just oh, so COOOOL. Really a show-stopper….something I’d totally rock out on stage in at a gig. It’s a rare piece you can’t really get anywhere else! The icing on the cake? A lavender embroidered plume on it’s left side. Now, I officially own my dream hat, unlike any other.
