DKNY fragrances, I love you too much. I’m currently working with the iconic NYC brand this year and I couldn’t be more excited. There’s so much I want to tell you! All I can say is that I can’t stop staring at the plant they delivered, as it’s taking up my entire coffee table. It’s more like a gorgeous mini tree that’s got some feel-good vibes! I just had to snap photos of this white beauty the moment I came home from work this afternoon. Surprises keep creeping up, and I have to say, it makes me smile.

Wooooo! I am finally home after what happened to be a very, very long weekend! I’m taking this rare and quiet moment to recharge here in bed, before another crazy work week. It just hit me how much I’m never home, so I’m very much looking forward to hitting the sack before my bright and early calltime tomorrow morning! I’ve also noticed that by the week’s end, I crave thrifting adventures with Big D and Turtle T in Williamsburg…oh, and I continually salivate thinking of the Korean bbq/classic tunes combo over at Dobeki! New York, you surprise me with all your little hidden spots and always keep me wanting more. For these days bouncing up and down the city like a little kid in the Big Apple, I think a mini-overall dress was the only way to go!

Ever since shooting with Levi’s for their “Go Forth” campaign, I’ve been getting back to my All-American denim roots. Really, they are one brand that’s always stood true to it’s aesthetic for as long as I can remember. This boxy little jacket was one pick from the shoot that I got to take home with me, and let’s just say I never travel without it. It’s one of those pieces I’ve always had in my closet growing up, as a little tomboy rebel! With some rolled up sleeves and my sister’s old beat up chucks, it instantly brought my One Teaspoon dress down to earth.
