It’s amazing working with Vuori. It’s a dream partnership. Every set and every color just feels so incredible on. It molds to my body and gives me the confidence to get up early and get going. This beautiful pink dragonfruit set is part of the new collection. New collections are dropping each month so there’s always something to look forward to. Dragonfruit is a shade that feels like an instant mood booster, making every bike ride feel like total bliss. Biking the piers has made me stronger both physically and mentally. I love the feeling of the wind through my hair. I stay out as the sun sets over Brooklyn Bridge Park. It’s my place of calm. I’ve biked these piers for years and each time it feels brand new. Each ride grounding me and reminding me why I choose NYC as home. It’s amazing when you can find a place of peace and calm amongst the city chaos. That’s what the outdoors does for me and I’m so grateful for it.

I mix and match my Vuori at all times. It’s my weekend uniform for pilates, yoga, and daily jogs. I’ll even toss on a kitten heel to switch into date night for evenings because that’s just what New Yorkers do. We’re multi-tasking. We’re walking 24/7. I’m always up and moving and I like my wardrobe to reflect that. Working with Vuori on this ambassadorship has been an absolute dream come true and inspires me to continue getting outside and being active and soak in a little daily sunshine. A good workout set reminds me to tune in with my body. This is a season of feeling energetic and alive.

My workouts flow and change all the time although they are consistently a blend of pilates and yoga and dance. Most of the time, I don’t follow a class or set routine. I just do what I feel my body needs in that moment, without overdoing it. In the summer, I was running and biking outdoors. In the winter, I’m walking uphill on the treadmill for as long as I feel like it. As the seasons change, so does the way I feel like moving. It’s winter and we’re hibernating and I’m doing anything to stay warm. Vuori’s AllTheForm™ set in Riviera Blue is the calmest color, and in the most buttery soft fabric. I’m living in it.
