Here is an inside look at the making of the NATALIE x DL1961 DigiTag jean. From first design meeting, to our last fitting. I love the final product: a true blue baggy wide-leg jean with a vintage high waist. I gave it a supermodel inseam as well so that it nearly hits the floor giving it a really slouchy, cool feel. The DigiTag inside my jean shows you exactly how it was sustainably made. It’s always so much fun to look back into the design process. I loved every minute of it. Total dream team right here.

The NATALIE x DL1961 jean is a mix of my two favorite styles, a vintage high waist and a baggy wide leg. I am so excited to have designed this jean with the DL1961 team right here in New York City. It is made with recycled fibers, water, and energy. All of the NATALIE jean’s sustainability metrics are traceable with each pair’s DigiTag, short for Digital Tag. It’s made with a hint of stretch so that you can move with them and dance in them. This jean will give you the freedom to do whatever your heart desires. The NATALIE jean is made with less water than anything else in your closet and I hope you love them.
