There really is something about audiobooks. It’s a completely new way of storytelling. You can listen to the story of your book on the subway…you could be cooking dinner, chopping tomatoes, and still be able to find out what happens next in your novel! Talk about brilliant. It’s the best thing ever invented for us multi-taskers. Audible is the first thing I browse before my next flight or when I want to just zen out at home and close my eyes. My friends and I are starting a book club and I’ve sworn by Audible. It helps me save time when I’m constantly on the go, and it’s so entertaining. The voices lighting up each character, giving the story vibrancy. But most importantly, the fact that I can be anywhere, and fully immerse myself in a story with just a touch of a button is really amazing.

Right now, I’m listening to Audible’s book, Love Warrior, written by Glennon Doyle Melton. It’s in Oprah’s book club‘s latest collection and I’m hooked. It’s a story on self-discovery. Proving that no struggle lasts forever…and that there really is light at the end of the tunnel. Above all, your wounds heal with time. As the writer’s marriage fails, she is forced to hit rock bottom and start fresh…enduring the pain. Taking each step of the healing process. It’s a humbling yet extremely inspiring novel that I recommend everyone go out and get on Audible. This book has that little dose of motivation we need to be strong every single day, no matter what life throws at us.

Right now Audible is offering the book of your choice as part of a free 1 month trial. It’s totally worth it. Now go download, download, download for a little inspiration.
