Gong Hei Fat Choy! Happy Chinese New Year! I love an iconic sister and Mama Suarez moment. We had these gorgeous Khoon Hooi cheongsams custom made in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and they arrived just in time for the holiday. I love this modern take on a traditional cheongsam. Thank you Khoon for making the most beautiful looks for us all. We can’t wait to be back in Malaysia with the rest of our family. Wishing you all a beautiful Year of the Dragon! Happy 2024 with love from me to you! I got to dance into the new year with Baccarat Hotels. It was brilliant party and a perfectly intimate way to celebrate the ball drop right here in NYC. New Year’s Eve was a night of full on glamour and overflowing glasses of champagne. May this new year be full of love, laughter, inspiration, beauty, travel, great health, and abundance. I simply just want to have more fun, doing what I love.

GONG XI FAI CAI! I’m so excited to be wearing a gorgeous QiPao by Khoon Hooi alongside the amazing women in my life: my sister Dylana, and my mother. We really are a fun trio. A QiPao is a traditional Chinese dress, also known as the mandarin gown or cheongsam. This gorgeous gold and red set that I am wearing was also featured in The New York Times! Talk about an iconic moment this Lunar New Year out at a party in the Lower East Side! I wear my QiPao proudly this time of year. My mother is Chinese, who was born in Singapore and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I feel so blessed to have grown up with this culture. We have a wonderful love for food and family. This designer is also from Malaysia and you may recognize that I’ve worn his pieces on many red carpets. I have quite the collection of dresses in my closet at the moment, each holding a unique story and memory. Always so much glamour. What I love about a qipao is the beautiful slim fit and elegant collar. It’s the lucky Year of the Rabbit. Wishing you a prosperous, happy, and healthy new year!

I took out this gorgeous Khoon Hooi taffeta gown to the Elit Vodka cocktail party to celebrate their award as “Best Vodka of the Year.” Think lots of custom cocktails and chic evening attire at Zero Bond. It feels brand new to dress up in something so special. There’s something about the color lavender that made me gravitate towards this dress, and the story behind it. Khoon Hooi is an amazing couture designer from Malaysia. While half of my family is in Kuala Lumpur, it’s so nice having something so beautiful from Malaysia right here in my closet in New York. I love how our worlds and cultures can really come together thanks to one dress.
