This is my favorite A.W.A.K.E. MODE collection yet and I love how it revolves around the shape of a circle. The way this dress is sewn together is a true work of art. I styled this beautiful piece with a pair of red tights. This color allows me to own my feminine power, and that’s the best feeling ever.

I love how there is a dark femininity to these beautiful designs by a NYC designer, Mereurt Tolegen. The collection is romantic, with a lot of bows, yet each look definitely has it’s cool downtown city girl edge that I totally love. The use of mixed media in each design is really a work of art. I took these looks to the park and styled them with my favorite combination at the moment, a patent black ballet shoe and white sock. I like unleashing my inner ballerina.

I’m spending the last few weeks of this year wrapping up some amazing projects, taking one warm weather vacation, all before a very low-key Christmas here in New York City.

I always like to wear a little something special for my birthday even if my plans are low-key. I spent this birthday showing myself self love and acknowledging all of my accomplishments. That’s what birthday months are for. Reflecting and celebrating your life, and also setting your sights on what’s to come next. This extravagant black dress embodies how I feel this Scorpio season: strong, empowered, happy, and whole. I’ve really just been focusing on amazing work projects (it happens to be the busiest time of year for me) and spending every spare minute with the people I love the most. This dress is exactly how I want to celebrate…me.

Extra soft rompers and dresses are a total must these days. I can count on Anthropologie to really master these essentials. This is a lovely home story shot for Anthropologie featuring 3 amazing weekend essentials. What I love most is the infinite ways to style them. Throw on a baseball cap. Give it a knit around the waist or shoulder. Style it with a sneaker, or better yet, a pair of Birkenstocks. I never go without a delicate earring. I find myself lounging around the house finding new corners to take my conference calls and write in my to-do journal. These looks make doing stuff around the house feel like a total breeze. Now, more coffee please.

Meet my new outdoor studio! Team Suarez is really getting creative here at home and thinking out of the box, making the most of our home spaces. It feels so good to work from my rooftop, with the hot sun hitting my face. I’ve been playing with sheets to work as fun backdrops against the gorgeous blue skies. It’s just nice to safely work from home with a little fresh air.

There are still days when I swap out of my sweats and put on something pretty. This Ronny Kobo dress is a classic. I own it in just about every single color and print. It’s so classically 80’s and pretty much the most flattering shape for all body types. It’s a garden party over here. I completed the look a mini silk handbag and large jelly hoops. I can’t wait to actually hit the town in this get-up.

Meet two stand-out summer statement dresses by Preen by Thornton Bregazzi. One, a hot red number made for salsa dancing, and another wrapped up like a perfect Grecian summer. I snagged these from the Preen Spring 2019 Ready-to-Wear runway. You’ll notice the collection’s 80’s vintage inspiration with a perfectly-imperfect twist. Overly ruffled, overly layered. Every little detail counts with Preen, and I can spend hours counting them all out, but I’ll spare you. This is one designer label that just makes me happy the moment I slip into it.
