My workouts flow and change all the time although they are consistently a blend of pilates and yoga and dance. Most of the time, I don’t follow a class or set routine. I just do what I feel my body needs in that moment, without overdoing it. In the summer, I was running and biking outdoors. In the winter, I’m walking uphill on the treadmill for as long as I feel like it. As the seasons change, so does the way I feel like moving. I’m seeing the tennis set everywhere this season and I can’t get enough of it! This one is by Carbon 38, one of my go-to destinations for activewear. This set is all I need whether I’m having a mid-day stretch in my living room, or actually headed to the courts. Either way, I need to stock up on more.
