I like to say I’m denim-obsessed. Another one on my list? SIWY DENIM. I’ve known them for ages. You know those grey skinnies seen on Kate Moss EVERYWHERE?! Yes, THOSE. Absolutely genius. Here, I took SEVEN pairs of Siwy jeans out on the town, shooting their latest LOOKBOOK! All photographed by my favorite…Dylana Suarez.

The crew…a pack of chock-full of-fun girls made my job EXTRA EASY. We started with an early morning in Soho…laid out in the Hannah black ripped jeans and lace bodysuit, and LEATHER. It’s my classic look. An eclectic mix of short and long layers…loads of black….boots….my guitar so heavy it made my fingers numb in the morning cold. Then, I traded it in for something clean.

Something WHITE. Slouchy distressed Kendra white boyfriend jeans, a sheer white blouse (NO BRA, woops) and white leather jacket. It’s sophisticated but still a bit rock n’ roll, just the way I like it.

From there, I slipped into my painter’s uniform. One of my favorite pairs. The artist paint-splattered ripped skinnies. A bit more mid-rise, and extra cute with polka-dot socks and silver platform shoes. It’s like the kid came out in me in this look. I found myself smiling so wide it hurt. Who knew carousel’s overlooking Manhattan could immediately make a girl giddy?!

After spinning and spinning and spinning, I tore off my clothes under the Brooklyn Bridge and slipped into that grey skinny I was talkin about. Tapered, Kate Moss…PERECTION! Topped off with my boyfriend’s leather cap, I strutted through Chinatown…en route to the nearest skate park, wishing I had my long board on me.

The hustle and bustle of downtown gave me the heebeejeebees, and I opted for cotton candy back in the burg, WILLIAMSBURG. Black skinnies and little ballet flats, I felt a bit like Brigette Bardot. You know, just being flirty by the bookshelves!

That’s when I realized THAT’S IT…I’m going all out. DENIM ON DENIM. My match made in heaven. Here is the Ladonna jean in Beach Bum. The more worn in and distressed, the better. Complete with a navajo boot and not much else, I basked in the Williamsburg sunset…not wanting my full blown denim daze to disappear.

PHEW. It all comes in a day’s work. Sometimes all you need’s the right fit…and I got it.

    Hello,

My name is Kristy Jane and I am the blogger and blogging coordinator for the website toADORN(dot)com, where we specialize in daily deals on fashion, handmade, artistic, and home decor items. After reviewing the style of your blog, we are highly interested in collaborating some promotions with you.

toADORN(dot)com is a daily deal site that features individual boutiques products for a period of 3 days. We were given some apparel items to use for promoting our business and we think your blog and social media outlets would be a great place to promote our products.

We have many different types of things to offer and creating a package just for you is something I would love to do. We would love to actually make sending you items a continuous thing but just ask that you will do a couple things for us also. Each month we send you a product, we would love if you would keep a button on your site for us and your fans to see and access. We would also love for you to post about each toADORN item that you receive and send us a copy of the blog post. We would love a copy because we will be continuously be featuring other bloggers on our personal blog. This will be something that would help your growth as a bonus! If you are interested in becoming a continuous collaborator with us, then product will be sent to you every month.

Please send me your size, address, and button size if you are interested in the prior.

I know we each have our own stipulations and plans of where we are heading so if something doesn’t quite work out for you or you think you might want to just do this for a short period of time and not continuous, please just email me back and I would gladly like to work something out that would work for the both of us!

I am looking forward to hearing from you! Don’t forget, if you are ever doing a collaborated giveaway, we would love to participate!

This is awesome! Love all the pics. I specially like the first oufit, that hat looks amazing on you and with the guitar you look like a 70s rock star. And the all white outfit is my second favorite. The sunglasses are awesome. I also like the pics on the carousel and the colorful jacket.

    Kisses,

    Mara
